Christine is a real estate entrepreneur and board-certified and FL licensed physical therapist. She is dedicated to helping people through curiosity, open and honest communication, persistent problem solving, and active pursuit of evidence-based knowledge to help individuals make the best decisions for their health, wellness, and financial futures.
Her curiosity and passion for learning and desire to provide exceptional care inspired her to obtain her board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy in 2020. She became certified in 2023 as a Scoliosis and Spine Online Learning (SSOL) Schroth physical therapist (P2) due to her desire to provide exceptional care. She provides community outreach as a current clinical instructor for multiple universities, previous instructor for Florida Gulf Coast University pediatric laboratory, current didactic educator for the Lee Health Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program and has provided community education through Wink News Health Matters segments.
She has been able to transverse her skills developed as a pediatric physical therapist into real estate. Her passion to provide excellence inspired her to seek knowledge through a mentorship program allowing her to improve communities for residents by focusing on value add opportunities. Through community improvement, resident satisfaction and personal happiness multiply allowing for growth in property revenue and a decline in expenses. She believes happiness comes from the pursuit of knowledge and provides custom education to meet every individual (resident, investor, team member, community member) where they are in their personal journey.
Outside of community and individual improvement, Christine loves to spend time with her family, making memories at Disney World, and enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. She enjoys participating in weight training and endurance training with a goal to run the Disney Princess Half Marathon with her family in the future. Lastly, she takes pleasure in meditation associated with Pilates and Yoga.

Mathew Martin
Co-founder of Wayfinding Investment Group, LLC
Matt is a real estate entrepreneur focusing on acquiring, managing, and repositioning multifamily assets. Through a lens of curiosity, he diligently studies the market focusing on various metrics to optimize income-producing properties. He uses his knowledge of the market, along with trends, and analyzes properties with the focus on value add opportunities. From his previous experience as an asset manager, he understands that quality improvement to resident lives increases the property’s revenue and decreases the expenses associated with high turnover, poorly cared for units, and unhappy residents. Through precision, trust, diligence, and open communication with team members and investors, he smoothly repositions properties and sets new processes to streamline income and decrease the bottom line.
He established his ability to be successful in multifamily real estate after purchasing his first investment property in June 2022. Through strategic value add and stabilization strategies, he was able to achieve cash on cash return of 19.8% and internal rate of return of 54.4%. Due to his desire to provide the highest quality deals to his investors, he joined the Multifamily Mindset in 2024 to continue his pursuit of knowledge. By remaining true to his core values, he meticulously assesses deals that will improve resident quality of life and provide investors with strong returns to allow them to meet their personal financial goals.
In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family in the pool, watching movies, and soaking up memories with his growing son. He loves the outdoors and uses his photography degree to capture spectacular landscapes while on vacation. He enjoys working out and was once invited to train for sled hockey at the US Paralympic training camp. Matt believes that true grit and determination are required to succeed in life and that events in life are learning opportunities to grow us into the individuals we are designed to be.

With a career spanning diverse industries, Chris brings a unique blend of experience, passion, and drive to the world of real estate investing. From his early days as a counselor in runaway shelters to leading high-performance teams in training and development, Chris has honed his ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and inspire positive change. His journey has taken him through roles in sales, technical support, call center management, directing recruitment efforts for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, and as a community advocate with the American Cancer Society. These experiences have shaped Chris into a bold, genuine, and confident leader with a heart for service and a sharp business mind.
With a BA in Psychology, Chris’s deep understanding of human behavior has proven invaluable in building successful partnerships and navigating the complexities of real estate transactions. Beyond his professional career, he is passionately committed to charitable work, having volunteered with Hospice, Habitat for Humanity, the National MS Society, and more. These experiences have fostered a strong sense of community and instilled in Chris a deep desire to give back.
As a stepfather of four, Chris is driven by a vision to build a secure and prosperous future for his family. His goal is to establish a foundation of generational wealth, ensuring that his children—and future generations—grow up free from financial worry and empowered to pursue their own dreams. As a single mother of four, she developed a balanced, pragmatic approach to decision-making, driven by her passion for financial independence and securing a prosperous future for her family.
Born in the picturesque town of Grenoble, France, surrounded by the beauty of the French Alps, Marie-Laure developed a deep connection to nature and a lifelong love for animals, particularly Labrador Retrievers and horses. Family vacations to the beaches of Corsica expanded her love for dolphins and sea life, further solidifying her appreciation for the outdoors. After moving to Montreal in her twenties and later settling in Sherbrooke, Quebec, she balanced the challenges of single motherhood with a career in administration. During this time, she nurtured her eldest son's growing interest in entrepreneurship and real estate, offering guidance and support. In return, his encouragement of her aspirations helped Marie-Laure discover her own passion for real estate, setting her on the path to financial freedom.
Now residing in Fort Myers, Marie-Laure approaches every investment with the fighting spirit of someone who has overcome challenges, blending thoughtful decision-making with a relentless drive for success.
